Privacy Policy

Harvest AF

Effective date / last updated: October 13, 2026

Harvest AF ("Harvest," "we," "us," or "our") provides tax planning, tax preparation, and advisory services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our websites and campaigns — including harvestaf.com, harvestaf.net, our Year-End Tax Check funnel, the free Tax Snapshot calculator, the Tax Savings Starter Kit, and our client intake forms — how we use it, and the choices you have.

Questions about this policy: [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Contact information. Your name, email address, phone number, and state when you request the Tax Savings Starter Kit, book a call, purchase a service, or complete an intake form.

Information you enter into our free tools. The figures you type into the Tax Snapshot or other calculators (filing status, income, expenses, estimates, withholding) are used to display your estimate. Calculator results are simplified estimates for illustration only.

Intake and service documents. When you become a client, we collect the information and files you provide through our intake forms and secure portals — which may include a prior-year tax return, bank statements, income records, and other financial documents needed to perform the service you purchased.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Communications. Emails, text messages, call notes, and messages you exchange with our team.

Website usage. Basic analytics and cookies from our hosting and CRM platform (HighLevel), such as pages visited, device/browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the services and free resources you request, including your Year-End Tax Check, Tax Roadmap, and Starter Kit.
  • To prepare estimates, plans, and — under a signed engagement letter — tax returns.
  • To communicate with you about your service, appointments, and deadlines.
  • To send campaign and educational messages about our 2026 services (including the Year-End Tax Check and related offers) when you have given consent, subject to the opt-out rights below.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our websites, forms, and internal processes.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and professional obligations.

3. Tax information confidentiality

We treat your tax and financial information as confidential. Consistent with Internal Revenue Code § 7216, we do not disclose or use tax return information for any purpose other than preparing and delivering your service unless you give us written consent or disclosure is required by law. We never sell your personal or tax information.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run our services, with:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, website/funnel hosting, forms, email and SMS delivery.
  • TaxDome — secure client portal for documents, signatures, and engagement letters.
  • QuickBooks (Intuit) — accounting and invoicing.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Government agencies, only when required by law or to file a return you have authorized and signed for.

Service providers receive only what they need to perform their function. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile phone information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Harvest AF about your service, appointments, and — where you have consented — our current campaigns and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

6. Email

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the message. Transactional and service emails (receipts, intake requests, delivery notices) will still be sent while you are an active client.

7. Data security

We use secure, access-controlled systems for client documents, limit file access to team members who need it for your engagement, and transfer documents through secure portals rather than ordinary email attachments wherever possible. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information.

8. Retention

We keep client and tax records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and professional record-retention requirements, after which records are deleted or anonymized. Website and campaign records are kept only as long as useful for the purposes described above.

9. Your rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of marketing uses. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by law.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services and campaigns change. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the current version.
